I am an Experience Design Lead in the SF Bay Area with expertise in product design and campaign creative for global B2B and B2C brands. I have led and inspired teams (both as a player and coach) across diverse executions within Brand, Marketing, and Product lines of business. I have been fortunate to partner with clients in Financial Services, Tech, Healthcare, Travel, Telecom, and more, building and connecting products with customers, and leveraging relevant data for more immersive, intuitive, and successful engagement.

I’m passionate about driving enterprise product modernization, balancing customers' emotional and functional needs, and adept at navigating complex stakeholder interests.

Currently, I’m at Bank of America, working on Wealth and Retirement initiatives (Private Bank, Merrill Lynch, and BenefitsOnline), helping clients tackle complex financial decisions. One of my current projects involves re-concepting 401k and equity awards benefits onboarding, lowering barriers to completion by reducing cognitive load, highlighting clear lifestyle impacts, and broadening device accessibility.
