Driving leads through thought leadership
I was brought in as part of an internal team tasked with developing an MVP marketing IQ assessment tool for current and prospective global clients.
The 12-question responsive web survey allows marketing leaders and executives to self-assess across a range of capabilities such as customer experience, data, and intelligence. Their responses dynamically generate a scorecard that is emailed to them to view and share. They can opt-in to connect with a strategic partner at RAPP to discuss opportunities for evolving their capabilities.
Building credibility with design
Leveraging the brand design system, my approach included a strong visual and conceptual treatment to reflect the modern brand, a simplified interactive experience, with a focus on intuitive ease-of-use, streamlined copy to make it quickly scannable, and a responsive, flexible layout. I created the user flow, a complete set of wireframes, art, content recommendations, and a UI toolkit to integrate into the larger RAPP digital ecosystem.
