As a natural extension of their expertise in baby care, Johnson & Johnson began studying stress in moms. After a decade of behavioral and mind/body research, they looked to Profero to help develop the online experience for a first ever subscription-based program - called UPLIV.
The UPLIV design supports each step in the user journey. Visitors can learn about the product on a free site. Once they have registered, they can sample content online. With a full subscription, they participate in a highly regimented program that requires weekly participation that, combined with products, is clinically shown to reduce stress over time.
Working closely with the J&J Innovation Team, within just 8 months I created 100+ templates for recurring stress assessments, animated wallpapers, over two dozen interactive stress tools, unique layouts for all session content, a full banner campaign, and a separate site for Healthcare Professionals.
